As the founder of Queenz Klean Cleaning Services and Bause Ladies Digital Designs Studios, she empowers families and brands alike. Inspired by her journey raising two children, including a son with ADHD, Chiquita is launching a nonprofit to support single-parent households with resources, advocacy, and connection.

Shalondra Gurley is an inspiring educator, advocate, and founder of Autism GLOWS, LLC. A devoted mother and Reading Endorsed Consultant, she empowers parents and educators with tools to support neurodivergent learners. With over a decade in education, her mission blends advocacy, innovation, and love—transforming lives through inclusive learning and creative programs like Sweet S.T.E.A.M.
