Fun on the Spectrum: Bringing Autism Families Together in Summerville, SC
COMMUNITY IMPACT & EVENTS | AUESOMELY YOU MAGAZINE™
What happens when a mother’s love for her autistic child becomes a vision for an entire community? Something truly special.
On Saturday, November 21, 2026, families will gather in Summerville, South Carolina, for Fun on the Spectrum: Autism Family Fun Day, a free community event dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where autistic children, their families, and community members can connect, celebrate, and enjoy being together.
Hosted by Jadah Hernandez, Realtor and autism mom, this event represents a mother’s commitment to creating a welcoming space where families can feel included and supported.
More Than Just a Family Fun Day
For many autism families, enjoying community activities is not always as simple as showing up. Sensory sensitivities, accessibility challenges, and environments that do not accommodate different needs can make outings overwhelming.
Fun on the Spectrum aims to provide a different experience.
The event is designed to bring families together in a sensory-friendly environment that promotes community connection, acceptance, and joy.
Attendees can look forward to community resources, food trucks, giveaways, and fun activities for the entire family.
Whether you are raising an autistic child, supporting someone on the spectrum, or simply looking for an opportunity to connect with your community, everyone is welcome.
A Mother’s Vision, A Community’s Opportunity
As an autism mom, Jadah understands the importance of creating spaces where children and families can participate without feeling excluded.
Her vision also creates an opportunity for local businesses, community organizations, and individuals to become part of something meaningful.
The event is currently welcoming vendors, activity sponsors, donations of supplies and giveaways, and financial contributions to help make this celebration memorable for attending families.
Why Auesomely You Magazine Supports This Mission
At Auesomely You Magazine™, our commitment to autism acceptance goes beyond spreading awareness. We believe communities become stronger when families are welcomed, supported, and given opportunities to build meaningful connections.
That is why we believe in amplifying events like Fun on the Spectrum.
When parents turn their personal experiences into community initiatives, they create opportunities for others to feel understood and included.
True inclusion is not simply inviting families into a space. It is creating an environment where they know they belong.
